Alma, Ed, and Nivek

Meet Alma, Ed and Nivek from southern California (Monrovia.) Alma is Shelly's sister. They are having triplets in February. Wonder how Nivek is going to handle it? Nivek also has a little brother named Drako. Wow, a family of 7 just like that. I think the west coast dogs are looking like they should be the east coast dogs...

Cooper Rampa

Meet another beauty from New York. It seems the New York dogs are quite the sensitive type. Cooper is the youngest member of the Rampa family and lives in northern Westchester county with Lori, Johnny, Austin and Dylan. Of course, Ashley comes home on weekends when she isn't on the radio! And what a life Cooper has. The grass is green. Trees all around. Living life in the country!

Leah and Bill's Baby

This beauty holds a special place in my heart. Toro is a man of the world- living in Westchester, NYC, and now Baltimore and part time in Philadelphia! Guess what? His father is a doctor and his mother owns a business. Fancy stuff!

The only kid still at home

Posted by Picasa
Say hello to the youngest Messina still living at home. If things aren't difficult enough, now Joe and Roseann still have another 10 years before selling the big house in New Rochelle. No rest for the weary. Forget about retirement and the easy life playing golf in North Carolina!

East Coast Ally

Ally lives the good life in Scarsdale, NY. She has hip problems but it doesn't stop her from taking walks and playing with Nicholas and Emily. I remember Ally when she was a baby. She has always been a very sensitive and kind dog.

Lulu from New York

Lulu is a pretty five year old who came to live with Cousin Cookie. She loves her new home and waits for Cookie to come home with cookies from the bakery department. She lives down the street from Ally.

happy birthday chelsea and tess

Well the girls are two months old today and I feel like I am 80! What a week. I am tired and exhausted but every time I look at them I melt. It took the week but I think we got them on a schedule and we all survived.

Congrats to all the mothers out there. I don't know how you can take care of a newborn. Speaking of babies, Shelly is leaving for LA today for her sister's baby shower. Triplets! And I'm complaining about taking care of two puppies.

Puppy Tip: Get bully sticks for your dog. They stink but puppies love to chew them. We paid $2.75 for each stick but that's SF prices. One stick will last a long time, entertain your dog for hours and give parents much needed quiet time!

the twins are coming tomorrow

Hey Jesse, thanks for sharing new pictures. Just what I need, a reminder of how OLD both TJ and I have gotten :-) Actually, I love the picture of Dr. Cookie. Quite impressive.

Well tomorrow is the big day. We bring home two new puppies. Not sure of their names yet so I guess the girls will start life with an identity crisis. We are looking for babysitters now. We have competition because everyone will choose Alma's babies!

On another note, thanks for the cards and support the last few weeks. I'm hanging TOUGH!

Cookie

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share this blog with you to keep Cookie's memories alive. As you can see, her nicknames were given by most of you-and boy did they fit her personality. I miss her dearly. Cookie's love was unconditional. She was my confidant, companion, but most importantly, my little best friend. We shared a passion for naps, snacks, and yes, fashion!

Feel free to share your Cookie stories, as I am sure you have one or two=)
